When launching Route Manager, an error pops up stating TCommonMsg53 is not found.

Symptoms:

Error stating: “Variable TCOMMONMSG53 is not found”

Cause:

The user does not have a Windows folder in thier profile directory.

Resolution:

Locate the user’s profile directory under C:\Documents & Settings, in the user in questions folder it needs to have a “Windows” folder.
