RMA Support Plan for 2017
For 2016, Advantage Route Systems has enhanced it support plan for RMA. Our new programs are called Advantage SupportPLUS and Advantage SupportPLUS/24. While keeping both programs affordable for our customers, you now have a choice on optional services such as priority call handling and around the clock support. Also included in your plan this year are discounts on supplies and hardware – the things that you use most. This is just one way we show you our appreciation for your business.
In this section you will find information about the plan – what you will receive and what it will cost. Helpful tables show a comparison on benefits between the two plans.
If you have been on a RMA support plan in the past, then you will automatically be matched up with the Advantage SupportPLUS plan. If you would like to step up to the SupportPLUS/24 plan just let someone in sales or support know and they will arrange that for you.
If you were on the following plans in 2011, you have been moved to the corresponding plan in 2014.

  • Corporate Bronze – now, Corporate SupportPLUS
  • Corporate Silver – now, Corporate SupportPLUS/24
  • Enterprise Gold – now, Enterprise SupportPLUS
  • Enterprise Platinum – now Enterprise SupportPLUS/24
