Suspended Accounts
The way to remove customers who are suspended from showing up on the pre route report and your route is to check the 2 options located in:
- For RM2000: List > Handheld > Handheld options > General tab
- These two options are labeled:
- Excl. Suspended Accts. on Pre-Route Report
- Excl. Suspended Accts. on Handheld
