When launching Route Manager on the handheld via the Shortcut in the start menu.

Symptoms:

Message on handheld stating ARSLauncher is missing and it is required to run the software.

Cause:

Generally the cause of this is switching from one type of removable flash card to another. Such as you used Compact Flash cards before, and now your using Secure Digital Cards.

Resolution:

On the handheld (with the card inserted) go to Start, Programs, File Explorer, at the top of the screen where it says My Documents, select the down arrow next to it and select My Device. From this list choose the storage card folder (could be named “Storage Card” or “SD Card” or “CF Card”). Then choose RTMGRCE.exe from the list.
