What do I do when I get the message “zip file structure invalid” when attempting to do a RM backup?

Symptoms:

The above message is received.

Cause:

The message is a warning that you have more than 5 backups on your backup drive and Windows is not able to overwrite one of them.

Resolution:

Try switching to a different backup drive, or moving some of your backups to a different folder. You could also rename one or more of the backups to something different.
