With the recent updates that added the additional credit card processors ARS changed Branch Setup from “Radio Buttons” to select your CC Processing Company to a “Drop Down” list. When you update to a newer build, you will need to go in and select the proper CC Processing Company you would like to use.

If you do NOT do this, when you go into the Credit Card Screen in Customer Information all the Credit Card types will be disabled except for “Billing ID”. That is the indication you will need to go set this up in Branch Setup.

To do this, the customer will need to:

1. Go to File > Branch Setup > Banking

2. Select Modify

3. In the lower left corner, select the drop down menu under “Credit Card Processing Information” and select their company.

4. Save the changes.

5. Repeat for all other branches.
