Issue: When Doing Morning Cards you receive the following Error Trapper:
Error: 1753 – Cannot load 32-bit DLL X:\rma\rsaencryption.dll.
Method: -> RM2000-> RMRSGMORNINGCARD.TIMER1.TIMER-> RMRPHMORNING-> PROCESS_DATA-> MAKETEXT

Cause: As of Version 5.0.3 of RMA, there is a new encryption process for credit cards for increased security to meet PCI 2.1 Compliance Standards. This encryption method utilizes system files that typically are already loaded on your computer. However some instances have found that the system files were either not found or corrupted on the computer and have to be re-installed.
Resolution: You will need to download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistribution Package from one of the two following links:
Once the above installation program has been downloaded. You will need to double click on the “vcredist_x86.exe” program icon to start the install.
*Note: If you are using Terminal Services this will need to be performed on the server itself by going to the Add/Remove Programs menu or using the Change User /Install command. If you are not familiar with either of these, contact our Technical Support team for assistance or your System Administrator.
Now you should be able to run morning cards again, and the error should be gone.
