To change your security settings for various users within Route Manager you will need to go to Lists>Employee setup>Security Level Codes.You will be able to double click on each feature within this window to select what kind of access you allow for each level code of user.

Make sure you have your Security Level set as well for each employee under Lists>Employee setup>Employees.
