Problem:

Here is a picture of the screen that appears RIGHT AFTER clicking the “Take Me There” button under the “Information” section of a Stop on the handheld. Like I said, we didn’t have this issue the first time we used the Mango Pilot. I don’t know what has changed since then, or why we would even need a Serial # for a piece of hardware we’ve already bought and used.

Solution:
You have the wrong navigation type defined. You need to set check mark on option called “GPS – Use MangoPilot for Navigation” under the handheld class for all of the HH classes. It’s two boxes above the GPS Navigation Software drop-down.
