Symptoms:
When using certain Norton Security programs ARSBackup! seemingly has no activity when attempting the first backup.
Cause:
Firewall is blocking access.
Resolution:
Allow ARSBackup! to run; Norton will prompt you to allow ARSBackup! to access our servers. Norton may take a few minutes to complete this process and might prompt you multiple times. Choose an option that will ALWAYS allow ARSBackup! to access our servers, ensuring that scheduled backups will not be interrupted. After the first time, Norton should not prompt you again.
