Symptoms:
You may receive the following error when attempting to preview reports in QR2000: ‘Error 372’ with reference to the CRVIEWER.DLL file.
Cause:
The CRVIEWER.DLL file is outdated or not registered properly.
Resolution:
Update to the latest version of QR2000 available.
If the problem persists, download the following file from the link below:
CRViewer1.ZIP then EXTRACT the file.
Replace the existing file under C:Program FilesAdvantageQR2000
More Information:
You may need to register the file before it will work properly, if this is the case, please see the following example that can be used from STARTRUN in WINDOWS:
regsvr32 “C:Program FilesAdvantageQR2000CRViewer.dll”
If your copy of QR2000 is installed in a different directory, make the necessary changes to the path above.
