If you receive the following error message—-OLE error code: Server execution failed, there is a problem that needs correcting.
Symptoms:
The problem is manifested by one or more error messages displayed during the noted processes.
This is detailed by the error message/instructions below:
RM2000 has encountered a Missing or Un-registered support file.
To correct this problem, have all users log out,
then run ‘Network Client Install’ from the RM2000 Installation CD.
Cause:
RM2000 has encountered a Missing or Un-registered support file.
Resolution:
You need to register 2 .dll files. You can do this using 2 different methods:
- If you have an RM2000 Installation CD, you can load that and choose the “Network Client Install” from the installation menu.
- Or you can manually register the following two files:
- DUZACTX.DLL
- DZACTX.DLL
