The MangoGT handheld has a few steps due to its Operating System that are required to do when you first get the handheld or do a hard reset on the handheld.
The most noticeable option/issue if these steps aren’t followed is that the Handheld Signatures and Driver Notes print out as Black Boxes on the receipts. This is due to the color settings on the handhelds Operating System.
