Invoice Listing Screen Usage/Features

As of Rm2000 Version 11.1.1 Release 6 (Build 2558) there have been some changes to the way the Invoice Listing screen works in Customer Information > $ Tab.

Left Click Invoice: Selects/highlights invoice

Left Click Payment: Selects/highlights payment

 

Double Left Click Invoice: Previews selected invoice in either HH or 8 ½ x 11 format (depends on local settings)

Double Left Click Payment: If payment was received ON an invoice, it will preview the invoice. If the payment was a standalone payment, it will display the Payment Short Form.

 

Right Click Invoice: Previews selected invoice in either HH or 8 ½ x 11 format (depends on local settings)

Right Click Payment: If payment was received ON an invoice, it will preview the invoice. If the payment was a standalone payment, it will display the “Please select an item” message.

 

Left click Invoice, left click INVOICE button: Prompts to “Send Invoice Information Via Email”:

YES: Emails selected invoice in either HH or 8 ½ x 11 format (depends on local settings)

NO: Previews selected invoice in either HH or 8 ½ x 11 format (depends on local settings)

Left click Payment, left click INVOICE button: If payment was received ON an invoice, it will Prompt to “Send Invoice Information Via Email”

YES: Emails selected invoice in either HH or 8 ½ x 11 format (depends on local settings)

NO: Previews selected invoice in either HH or 8 ½ x 11 format (depends on local settings)

If the payment was a standalone payment, it will prompt: “No Invoices Selected”

Right click the INVOICE button: Does nothing.

 

Shift Click (select multiple) Invoices, left click INVOICE button: Prompts to “Send Invoice Information Via Email?”:

YES: Emails selected invoices in either HH or 8 ½ x 11 format (depends on local settings)

NO: Previews selected invoices in either HH or 8 ½ x 11 format (depends on local settings)

Shift Click (select multiple) Invoices, left click INVOICE button: If at least ONE payment was received ON an invoice, it will Prompt to “Send Invoice Information Via Email?”

YES: Emails selected invoices in either HH or 8 ½ x 11 format (depends on local settings) – for the payments that were taken ON an invoice.

NO: Previews selected invoices in either HH or 8 ½ x 11 format (depends on local settings) – for the payments that were taken ON an invoice.

If the all payments selected were standalone payments, it will prompt: “No Invoices Selected”

Shift Click (select multiple) Invoices, Right click the INVOICE button: Does nothing.

 

 

Left click Invoice, left click PAYMENT button: Prompts: “Include Invoices?” :

YES: It will include copies of Invoices and Invoice Payment Record (a list of payments applied to that invoice).

NO: It will ONLY include the Invoice Payment Record (a list of payments applied to that invoice).

NEXT it will prompt to “Send Payment and Invoice Information Via Email?”

YES: It will Email either the Invoice and Invoice Payment record (if selected YES to previous question) OR just the Invoice Payment Record (if NO was chosen on previous question).

NO: It will Preview either the Invoice and Invoice Payment record (if selected YES to previous question) OR just the Invoice Payment Record (if NO was chosen on previous question).

 

Left click Payment, left click PAYMENT button: Prompts: “Include Invoices?” (ONLY if the payment selected was taken on an Invoice – otherwise it skips to the email question if it was a standalone payment):

YES: It will include copies of Invoices and Invoice Payment Record (a list of payments applied to that invoice)

NO: It will ONLY include the Invoice Payment Record (a list of payments applied to that invoice).

NEXT it will prompt to “Send Payment and Invoice Information Via Email?”

YES: It will Email either the Invoice and Invoice Payment record (if selected YES to previous question) OR just the Invoice Payment Record if it was a standalone payment (if there wasn’t an “include invoices” question.

NO: It will Preview either the Invoice and Invoice Payment record (if selected YES to previous question) OR just the Invoice Payment Record if it was a standalone payment (if there wasn’t an “include invoices” question.

 

Shift click MULTIPLE Invoices/Payments, left click PAYMENT button: Prompts: “Include Invoices?” :

YES: It will include copies of Invoices and Invoice Payment Record (a list of payments applied to that invoice) AND a Payment Receipt (showing all the invoices that payment was applied to).

NO: It will ONLY include the Invoice Payment Record (a list of payments applied to that invoice) AND a Payment Receipt (showing all the invoices that payment was applied to).

NEXT it will prompt to “Send Payment and Invoice Information Via Email?”

YES: It will Email either the Invoice, Invoice Payment Record and Payment Receipt (if selected YES to previous question) OR just the Invoice Payment Record and Payment Receipt (if NO was chosen on previous question).

NO: It will Preview either the Invoice, Invoice Payment Record and Payment Receipt (if selected YES to previous question) OR just the Invoice Payment Record and Payment Receipt (if NO was chosen on previous question).

Right click the PAYMENT button: Does nothing.
