Issue: RMA is running really slow and takes a long time to load pages.

Causes: RMA can run slowly if you are using mapped drives on an older server or running through a workstation. Old hardware or a slow network card can cause these issues.

Resolution: The only real way to resolve the slowness issue is to switch from mapped drives to another method such as RDP. If that is not available, the slowness can be remedied by upgrading the workstation’s hardware, the server’s hardware, or the network card on the server. Typically a 100gb network card will do the trick. If the invoices are not loading or loading slowly, switching to Foxit PDF will help.
