During Morning Card processing, a message pops up stating the route has already been uploaded, do you want to continue?

Symptoms:

The following screen appears when trying to do a morning card on a particular route:

Cause:

The system see’s that this route for the date in question has already been uploaded (Afternoon card).

Resolution:

This message is stating that the Route you’re attempting to download (and same date) has been downloaded once before, and already uploaded (Afternoon Card). As if someone ran the route for that day already. You can click “Yes” to continue downloading the route anyways. It is merely a warning to bring to your attention that possibly that route for that date has already been run. It’s possible that maybe the driver had a date issue on his handheld, or they accidentally downloaded that route instead of yesterdays route.

You may want to check the uploaded transactions from yesterday to ensure this route has not already been completed.
