If the products listed in either Misc Items or the Load Truck screens on the handhelds are blank, and there are no column headers at the top you will need to check the Column Width settings in Handheld Class > Screen tab. They’re likely set to 0.

As of 6.1.2r4, if they are set to 0 the handheld will revert back to the default widths during morning card. But prior versions would require the user to:

a. Rebuild data files, which would fill in the defaults.
b. Fill in the values manually in Handheld Class.
