I have updated to a new version, or a new update that contained some new features. However, I do not see these features on my program.
Symptoms:
I no longer have access to a screen or menu since the upgrade.
Cause:
Permissions changed in upgrade with additions to a menu or screen. By default, when a new feature is added to the program the security is set to NONE on all levels. This prevents people from gaining access to a new area that should not have this ability.
Resolution:
Go to Lists > Employee Setup > Security Level Codes. Modify appropriate security level code and section for the item in question.
