Warning: The 6.2.2r1 (and anything newer) Update has implemented the full Customer Message Centre process. All emails sent from Route Manager will be sent via the Customer Message Centre services. If you do NOT want to use email through Customer Message Centre, please do not upgrade.
Desktop Changes:

Enh: Changes to support Customer Message Centre email processes.
Nightly Automated Processing – Has not been integrated into the Advanced Communications Service, as opposed to having its own service. If currently using NAP, please contact support so the old service can be properly disabled and your NAP Scripts be moved to the proper folder.
Windows CE Handheld Changes:

Android Changes:
T20140319.0010 – Enh: Allow Driver to update or choose Send Invoice After Delivery feature. Must first enable in Handheld Class in the Confirm Sale screen settings. Then driver can choose to send an invoice copy “Now” or “Always”. If security settings allow (On Android Tab in Handheld Class) the driver can also update the Email and Fax numbers on the account from the handheld.
T20140903.0013 – Enh: Add logging around capture photos to track down sporadic issues
N/A – Enh: Propane Meter Reading: Do NOT let driver back out of sale (CJ thinks we do this already in CE)
T20140915.0009 – When Show Skipped Stops on Handheld was enabled along with forcing the driver to Service All Stops, the handheld was also requiring them to service the already skipped stop.
Added additional logging during save invoice routines for troubleshooting and issue tracking.

Customer Message Centre Changes:
Enh: ALL Email is now going through Customer Message Centre. Which also allows you to track if they have been opened or if a website link has been clicked on by the customer. Temporarily, Statements can be sent via the OLD method (based on Local Settings).
Enh: Templates can now be used in CMC Messages sent from Customer Information.
Enh: Added Marketing tab in Generate Messages Screen.
Enh: Added Marketing Contact information in Customer Information > Credit > CMC Settings.
Enh: Added additional template variables for Last 5 Deliveries and Default Products so they could be included in a template.
Enh: Updated Status Monitor and Status Report to include details on Email Tracking (Opens/Clicks).
Fixed Fax Statements: Only first account receives statement. Remaining only get cover pages.
Added additional logging for future issue tracking.
