Problem:

I am trying to run a sales report and am unable to export it to a spreadsheet. I get locked up. I am also having issues with running other reports and sending them to a spreedsheet. I start locking up until I can log out.

Solution:

Check under file>local settings>directories, and see if the line, “Report Output Directory” is pointed to a valid location
