This message means that your server/computer is locking access to this file, either someone has it open, or the server thinks someone does.

To clear them there are multiple steps you can try to clear these files:

1) Have everyone log out but yourself. Go to Tools > Admin > Users Currently Logged In, delete anyone out but yourself, and hit the clear locks button.

2) If you have admin privileges on the server, you can open task manager, click on processes and see if any rma.exe processes are running. If so, click on the rma.exe and end task.

3) If the message persists, a restart of your server my be required to clear any sessions that are stuck on it.
