When loading Qroute you get the error message “Quickbooks can’t start because it is already running”

Resolution1:
This issue is caused by the UAC not allowing QuickBooks Integration Manager to establish a connection with QuickBooks company file, although the QuickBooks has granted permission for QuickBooks Integration Manager full access.

To resolve this issue, bring down the UAC control level to Nil by following the below given steps:

Type UAC in the start menu or Control Panel search box.

Then click on the Change User Account Control settings.

Drag the slider to the last level (at the bottom of the scale).

Resolution2:

This issue is caused by the QuickBooks Quick Startup is a feature that enable QuickBooks to start up faster.

To resolve this issue :

Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc on your keyboard to open the Task Manager. Click the Processes tab. Right-click the QBW32.exe process and select End Process. Open QuickBooks. From the Edit menu, select Preferences. Select General icon and on the My Preferences tab. Clear the Keep QuickBooks running for quick startups checkbox and click Ok. Close QuickBooks and restart your computer
