Unable to send out statements-

Error: Run command failed when trying to email statements out of Reports>Statement

Here are some things you can try/check:

Check to make sure that the “runwait.exe” file exists in the RMA/RM folder

Check to make sure that ghostscript program and path are valid

Change from Avast to AVG antivirus software.
