Fixed issue with multiple backup copies caused by an update to the rsync tool used within the backup process.

Added - Now Supports Windows Shadow Copy (Volume SnapShot Service) for Windows Vista, 7, 8 and Server 2003, 2008, 2012. This allows the system to make a shadow copy of the data and back it up even if the files are open/locked.

Added - Now supports Multiple Directories for backing up RM Files (Data, Handheld photos, EF2000 Scanned Documents, QuickBooks Integration, etc).
Updated some of the internal programs used for transferring data. This should result in better "retry" methods/results for unstable internet connections.

Added "--inplace" flag to rsync in order to better support continuation of large files when the internet connection is dropped repeatedly.
Reworked the retry batch file in order to take account for internet connections that tend to timeout often (unstable).
