Problem: Driver notes were showing up as blank when printed. In RM2K, the notes showed up as tmpnote.ars Resolution: Find the ARS.SigFile in the root directory. Double clicking on it will register it to the computer in question. If it has permissions issues, copy the file locally to the desktop and then double click on it.
